Summertime makes me hungry for easy, satisfying recipes. This guacamole recipe is sure to please your family and is easy to prepare!
You will need:
2 ripe Haas avocados
1/2 cup diced tomato or 1 1/2 diced Roma tomatoes
1/4 cup diced onion, I used red or whatever I have
4-6 dashed of Tabasco sauce, depending on your taste
1 teaspoon garlic salt
Juice of half a lemon about 1 1/2 tablespoons
Dash of pepper, about 1/8 teaspoon
Cut the avocados in half lengthwise. Remove the seeds and scoop the avocado out of the shells into a bowl. Add the other ingredients. Mash all this together until well blended.
Serve with Pace Picante Sauce, homemade salsa or homemade pico de gallo and tortilla chips. Ole!
