Last Week in Photos

Last week was a really photogenic week!  Between Archie and donuts, there was a lot to see.  So here is how the week looked at At Home.

Yes, I stood in line for about 40 minutes for Hurts Donuts when it came to my town (Sulphur Springs).  The maple, bacon bars were $3.50 each, and the box of assorted donuts was $16.  I wouldn’t stand in line every day for donuts, but it was totally worth it to try them.  The man and woman who came to sell the donuts were so friendly and nice.  Ten percent of the proceeds were donated to the local animal shelter.

The donuts were over the top!  Their decorations were so cute.  They were really tasty and sweet.  We cut them up so that everyone could try several flavors.  Our office favorites were the Andes Mint, Oreo Cheesecake and Blueberry.  I don’t think any little person would turn down the Cookie Monster, Fruity Pebbles or Little Jimmies.

The maple, bacon bar was really good too!  They are not skimping on the bacon.  The sweet maple icing and the salty bacon created a perfect mix of flavors to top the Long John. Yum!
