For my wedding, I wanted to add some special moments and touches without going overboard.

The next day my package arrived…torn open with only the packing slip left inside. I immediately emailed Jennifer at Bumblebee.
Without hesitation, Jennifer responded asking me to send her a photo of the mailing envelope, and that she would refill the order and have it to me on Thursday, before my Saturday wedding. Amazing! Although this was no fault of Bumblebee Linens, they graciously offered to get my order to me by the date I needed it. This is great customer service! I think several other retailers could learn a thing or two from Bumblebee Linens.
