As many of us enjoy a long, end-of-summer holiday weekend, let’s not forget our friends and family who still must work on Labor Day.  And, aren’t we thankful that fire, police, hospital, restaurant, gas station personnel are all still working to make our weekends safe and enjoyable.

I don’t really feel like my work is labor, but there are those days when we have to move files upstairs, downstairs and to an unair-conditioned storage building.  And those days when we have to clean out barns and storage buildings.  Okay, so maybe I do labor.  We all do, so let’s enjoy our day off and know that we have earned it.

I want to give a special shout out to those employees still keeping America running this weekend.  Thank you!
