This is so easy that it will become a weeknight staple. Fast, flavorful and juicy chicken makes a great lean protein to go along with some wholesome veggies.
You will need:
4 chicken breasts
1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup soy sauce (I use low sodium)
1/4 cup olive oil
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.

In a dish that will accommodate the chicken breasts in a single layer, combine the Worcestershire and soy sauces. Add the chicken to the marinade. Let it marinate for 15 minutes to 30 minutes, turning once or twice.

On a cookie sheet covered with foil, put 1/4 cup of olive oil. Place the chicken on top of the oil, turning to get oil on all the breasts on both sides.

Bake the chicken for 10 minutes. Turn over, then bake for 8 to 10 more minutes on the other side.
Add two healthy veggies and you have an amazing meal! I like to add sautéed mushrooms and onion on top of the chicken, just for a change of pace.
I hope you and your family enjoy this fast and easy recipe as much as we do.
