June 21st marked a month of renovation for my kitchen! Although I am usually quick to decide how I want a vacation rental to look and function, I am a bit stymied when it comes to my own home. Visual images of what I wanted have gone by the wayside. Now I am just trying to figure out where to go from here.
The only thing I know I still want is my flooring. I have wanted tumbled travertine in the Versailles pattern for a few years. I am beginning to fear the new appliances I have chosen will be so state-of-the-art that I won’t be able to figure them out. Maybe I should consider them to be a diet plan!
The good news is that steady progress is being made and that old problems are being corrected. There is not much to show now, but maybe in a month!
