The Year in Review

2017 has gone really fast.  My Aunt E always said, “Life is like a roll of toilet paper…it goes faster at the end.”  She lived to be 92 years old, so I can’t imagine how fast the years went by for her!

This year I really wanted to get healthy.  Call it a goal or a priority, it was my reality. I had written posts of healthy goals that would take us through the year. I posted two or three, but they never had a large reader response.  I ended up foregoing the remainder of the posts.

I did keep two of the new habits I blogged about:  drinking more water and eating oatmeal for breakfast.  Due to the step competition through Mike’s company, I ended up with a regular exercise routine that I have continued.

For the first time in several years, my cholesterol was a bit lower.  I will take it!

So here is my pictorial year in review.  I am not sure I accomplished anything, but I sure had some fun along the way!

I sincerely appreciate your readership!
